Mindme Pendant Locate
If you are worried about safer walking and not a regular smart phone user, this pendant device provides a GPS location of the wearer's location when out and about in the community. The device can be worn with a lanyard, as a key ring or kept in a bag or pocket. The 4G Pendant Locate also includes Wi-Fi connectivity. When connected to a known Wi-Fi network, the device will use Wi-Fi to send data to our platform instead of relying on the mobile SIM. For carer responders who do not have a smart phone, the location of the device can be found by logging into the Mindme website or by calling the 24/7 response centre if your number is registered as a preferred contact during set up. An alert button to make a two-way voice call to the response centre can be enabled or disabled remotely as required. A watch is also available. Caution: This device contains magnets. Do not wear it around your neck within 6 inches of a pacemaker.
